What is your turnaround time?
Turnaround time is industry and product dependent. Most Real-Estate services are are guaranteed within 2 business days.
Do you need a deposit?
Deposits are industry and product dependent. For most Real-Estate photoshoots, no deposit is necessary. Once your media is delivered, payment is required to access your files; you can easily pay directly via credit card, or, if you prefer, you can send an e-transfer. For custom projects, a deposit is typically required .
What is your availability like?
Our availability changes from week to week depending on how busy the season is. Book your photoshoot as early as possible to ensure you get the date you want.
Do you shoot on weekends?
Unfortunately, we do available on weekends. We’re happy to take bookings from Monday to Friday!
For other special projects such as events, concerts, or weddings, we do offer custom weekend availability as required.
How do you deliver the photos and videos?
All Real-Estate media is delivered through your secure Client Portal. For other projects, media is sent via online Google or Dropbox links.
